Hey girl, get off your butt and do it! I started Operation Anything today. I did crunches, reverse crunches and another one for my obliques all while holding my left leg off the floor to prevent any movement in my ankle. I then crawled to my dumbbells and rolled one of them over so I could do bicep curls and tricep extensions. If I can do that you can RUN!!! I want to read about you working out inyour next post!!!!!!!
