Exercises Completed:
-Front Plank: 50 seconds
-Side Plank: 35 seconds each
-Torso Twists: 25 reps
-Plank Ups: 12 reps (Didn't raise my legs though)
-Boat Pose: held for 35 seconds
-Side Plank Twists: 10 reps each side (still tough. fell over on my first one)
-Bicycle Crunches: 2 sets 32
Condition: I can feel the soreness in my stomach. Feels good!
Good job! I'm going to try this challenge, too!
